What we'd like to talk about

I want to learn more about strategic thinking and developing a strategic plan.

Additional context

Recently a group I'm part of presented some recommendations to our senior leadership team and now we're in the process of working with others throughout the organization to develop the strategic plan. Everyone has different levels of familiarity in strategic planning and don't have as much experience with it so I would really like to develop my skills and learn more. I would love to know things like: what level of detail to go into, different types of formats, what to include and not to include, tips for group collaboration, your professional advice and tips, and any resources you know of that can help me dig even deeper past this call.
