What we have in place
- Our new 3 year strategic plan will be a core resource for this project, as well as recent publications that express elements of our vision.
You would be working with the executive director and a core group of board members to inform the process.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to deliver on our mission to support English learner adults in achieving success in college, career and communty.
Our organization is evolving and expanding it's scope of services. We are wrapping up a strategic planning process and would like some help translating the new direction into a compellig message for our stakeholders and funders.
We want to explore how our current mission statement aligns with the new strategic plan and want to start developing a vision and values statement.

Our mission
ALLIES is a coalition of adult schools, community colleges, and community-based organizations in Silicon Valley.
Our mission is to support English-learner adults in achieving success in their educations, careers and communities.
We advocate coordination by partner agencies to create a "no wrong door" system for immigrants to achieve their goals.
We work both at the grassroots level to support concrete innovations in educational and service delivery, and at the "tree tops" level to advocate supportive state and national policies.
