We're looking for advice on how to find a high-level development manager to run our fundraising and Salesforce unit.
Additional context
On which platforms can we find qualified people to manage a nonprofit development team? This person needs to have excellent contacts in the philanthropic world, strong networking skills, a charismatic, assertive personality and the ability to delegate tasks and manage others.
