Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Website Construction (CMS-Based)
Project details
What we need
- Development of a new website using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Training to ensure Organization's staff members can update content and manage the site post-launch
- Note: This project is for a website built with a Content Management System (CMS), such as Wordpress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal, or Weebly . A CMS-based website can be maintained and updated easily (no coding required!)
What we have in place
- We currently have a beautifully done website with all the working parts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a current web administrator, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $16,822 , allowing us to Support additional families who are facing a cancer diagnosis.
Allowing us to make the necessary changes and keep up with the website will make it possible to move seamlessly from one program to another and from one event to another. At this time we consistently have to wait to market our events until the website is ready to go. Our current web designer is not available to make the changes and is very anxious to accept the help in getting the job done in a timely manner.
Project plan
Our mission
Our mission is to provide care and support to local families affected by cancer. We recognize that a cancer diagnosis affects every aspect of a family's life; emotional, physical, spiritual and financial. We strive to provide a family with whatever it is that will allow them a bit of "breathing room" from their daily struggle against cancer. It is our hope that this will allow them to concentrate all of their efforts towards regaining their physical health.
Testimonials
This project didn't work out at no fault of the Catchfire volunteer. We were just too busy to work closely enough to get across our needs.
