- New or revised policies that clearly define the role of the board and its relationship to the Organization
What we have in place
- We currently have bylaws, call minutes and board bios, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff and a dedicated board member to support the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,610 , allowing us to grow our board's skills to better serve, strengthen and transform our mission.
The growth and efficient functioning of our nonprofit depends on a highly organized and committed board with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. This is important for now, and in the future. As the organization grows our board should guide us and grow with us.
We need you to help us prepare the documentation that will outline for our board the policies and processes they need to follow to carry out great oversight, and define a great relationship with the organization.

Troops To Firefighters Inc is a nonprofit incorporated under the laws of the state of Georgia in 2014 for the purpose providing training and counseling to help transitioning troops and their spouses obtain employment as first responders.
