As an organization Regional Theatre Of the Palouse accomplishes a lot. Amid the successes routine tasks sometimes feel chaotic and unmanageable. With a little organization I hope to streamline company efforts and enhance performance quality.

Michael Todd was wonderful to work with, as was RTOP's Executive Director, John Rich, and the other members of his team and board. Their theater is already successful and I greatly admire Michael's diligence in staying on top of managing the theater, being responsive to his staff's needs, and being a passionate advocate of the theater as it continues to grow.
