Project details

What we need
  • An Excel spreadsheet custom-built specifically for the Organization's finances
  • Training on how to use the spreadsheet to understand the current financial situation and predict future states (e.g., plan for budget increases or decreases, hiring, and other key drivers)
What we have in place
  • We have Quickbooks Online set up as well as all financial records from previous years. We have been in operation since 2011 and the Operations Manager has been involved since the beginning and knows all aspects of the organization. She will be able to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,474 , allowing us to pay school tuition for the 16 Kenyan girls currently in our beading program for 2 years.

The success of our organization depends on successful marketing and sales of the products made by the participants in our programs. With your help, we will be able to see the financial impact, grow our operations and help more girls in rural Kenya to attend and graduate high-school and more women to become self-sufficient and provide a better life for their families and communities.
