Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
What we have in place
  • We currently have our old t-shirt design and new logo branding collateral, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a highly responsive team ready to work with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to use our limited dollars to provide programming and technology that change the way kids connect to causes.

Project Giving Kids has two super-fun Create the Change Days planned for this fall in Boston and the Bay Area. These hands-on service events will provide hundreds of kids and families looking to make a difference with the chance to do just that, in support of many different nonprofit organizations. We need an on-message t-shirt design for our organization that our volunteers can wear on these days, and which we will subsequently sell on Booster as a fundraiser to support our work.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications

Our mission

Project Giving Kids is a 501 (c)(3) public charity that uses technology to Connect Kids to Causes. The goal: to cultivate empathy in young children by connecting them to age-appropriate service opportunities at a critical time in their development and to strengthen the overall capacity of the nonprofit sector by uniting existing nonprofits with new volunteers and donors. Project Giving Kids (PGK) does this through an easy-to-navigate online platform designed for kids. Ultimately, PGK aims to become the go-to resource for kids (and those who love kids) looking to give back. By taking the time to partner with quality nonprofits providing fun opportunities to make a difference, Project Giving Kids take the guesswork out of the equation and provides great ideas that allow kids to begin the giving journey, anytime and anywhere.
