What we'd like to talk about

How do we measure success and outcomes on a small scale of our educational programs? How do we know if our programs are helpful?

Additional context

Our programs help people learn to be involved in their medical care for the best possible outcomes. If the education works (I checked my son's medication and it was, indeed the wrong medication) that is success. Taking the wrong medication is easily measured.

"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

Testimonials

This was an amazing experience! Derek asked lots of questions that made me feel like he knew the organization and was ready to move forward. He used easy to understand terminology so I was able to understand what he was explaining (something important and I am very aware of when working on patient / doctor relationships too). I left the call with great information and ideas that never occurred to me and immediately got started on his suggestions. I feel a new sense of excitement about my work and the work of the organization going forward. Thank you!!

Data & Analytics Phone call

Ilene already had a great start on her measurement question, and she provided me with a lot of pertinent material ahead of the call to help frame our discussion. She was very receptive to working with me through the challenges she was encountering and also very open to feedback and suggestions. Generally speaking, Ilene's passion for her work can certainly be characterized as infectious; our conversation left me feeling energized and excited about how she'll apply what we discussed!
