What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details
We need assistance migrating our Constant Contact (CC) into Salesforce and helping us utilize the CC feature or marketing capabilities in salesforce to send out monthly newsletters and ongoing correspondence to our stakeholders.
What we have in place
- We currently have Salesforce implementation plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a salesforce volunteer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to better work with our community residents.
We recently implemented Salesforce to help manage our database to better inform residents of our services and programs. We are making headway, but we need a professional to help use fully utilize the program. Our Salesforce implementation plan is languishing because we don't have the full support we need.

What we do
IMPACCT Brooklyn is one of Brooklyn's premier community development corporations serving the neighborhoods of Bedford Stuyvesant, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Downtown Brooklyn, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, and Prospect-Lefferts Gardens.
We work hand-in-hand with low- and moderate-income community members and stakeholders to preserve and develop affordable housing, provide quality property management, promote commercial revitalization and strengthen local businesses, create homeownership opportunities, protect tenant rights, combat predatory lending practices and prevent home-loss.
