What we need
- Training goals for a specific population (volunteers, staff, program participants, etc.)
- Advice on what training methods the Organization should pursue to meet its goals (webinars, lectures, print materials, etc.)
- Suggestions for curriculum design, creative messaging, call to actions, methods and timeline
- Budget for implementation (taking the Organization’s resource constraints into consideration)
- A written document that summarizes objectives, strategies and actions steps
What we have in place
- We have a rapidly growing HR team eager to help implement this, and a good training manual in process.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,000 , allowing us to launch a new groundbreaking investigation that will educate the public on an issue of critical importance.
We're growing rapidly based on a volunteer workforce. We urgently need a plan for training and onboarding new team members.
