Business Plan Writing
Business Plan Writing
Project details
What we need
- An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
- We currently have a strategic plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have financial statements and testimonials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to serve up to 100 volunteers and Israeli social justice organizations.
Two years ago, we used a volunteer to facilitate a strategic planning process. Although that process gave us a general roadmap for prioritizing our efforts and highlighting our greatest needs, the process did not result in a business plan that documents our goals and operations.
Since then we have incorporated new board members and believe that now is an important time to review our plan and receive assistance in re-documenting our strategies and operations to assist us with communicating our needs, our vision and our strategies with potential donors and stakeholders.
