We need support in mapping out a high level Organizational Executive Summary that demonstrates our Organization's impact and goals to be able to share with funders and partners.

What we have in place
  • We currently have strategic plan, mission and vision statement, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an operating budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to design culturally relevant leadership development programs for Latine education leaders in North Carolina.

This project will help us communicate our impact in a compelling way and best explain what we do so we can deepen the impact of our work.

  • Professional assesses shared materials identifying and summarizing key organizational strengths and commenting on any information gaps
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss tone and presentation style based on target audience
