Additional details

We are looking to have someone assist with providing Spanish translation updates to one of our National Trails Day webpages. The webpage needs updates to reflect information for 2024.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the webpage in Spanish from previous years to be updated, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the webpage in English for reference, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to continue to expand our outreach and support our mission of ensuring everyone feels welcome in the American hiking community and has permanent access to meaningful hiking.

This will make our National Trails Day more accessible and equitable to the hiking community. The page has previously been translated and updating it allows information to be available for those that read and speak Spanish.

Our mission

We envision a world where everyone feels welcome in the American hiking community and has permanent access to meaningful hiking, including urban, frontcountry, and backcountry opportunities. We will achieve this vision by empowering all communities to enjoy, share, and preserve the hiking experience; advocating for the protection and expansion of hiking spaces; fostering trail stewardship; and collaborating with partners whose strengths are complementary.
