What we need
- Assessment of Organization’s current CRM practices with recommendations on improvements such as setup, maintenance, integrations with other systems, and insights reporting
- Recommendations on a new CRM system and related costs (if necessary) such as Airtable, Bloomerang, Kindful, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or Salsa CRM
- Note: This project does not include implementation of recommended CRM platform. For a project to advise and implement an entire system, try our Customer Database (CRM) Setup project
Additional details
We currently use Little Green Light and have a lot of constituent clean up to do. We have over 8000 constituents with only 700 donors. We need help rethinking our systems and documenting a process for inputting information so it is clear to future employees.
What we have in place
- We currently have the ability to run any reports which may be helpful, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a team that is motivated to get this figured out, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,315 , allowing us to have more time to focus on other development activities.
We recently hired a consultant to draft our first-ever Development Plan. It is exciting to see our financial goals identified over the next three years. Now I want to be sure we can track our success accurately using our CRM.
