Project details

What we need
  • Audit of the existing systems and processes that could be managed by an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) which could be any one or combination of the following: Applicant Tracking System, compensation and benefits tracking, payroll systems, recordkeeping
  • Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
  • An implementation plan to address the organization’s HR systems and process needs as outlined in the audit report. The implementation plan also advises the executive team / HR department of benefits, legal requirements, vendor comparisons, and recommendations on building consensus and compliance
  • Training on maintenance tasks with handoffs so all admin privileges are exclusively owned by the Organization
Additional details

We need pipelines and funnels employing deals/tickets using HubSpot as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We are a student training program, and would like to leverage our current CRM to track the candidates for our open internship roles.

Job includes testing the use of Deals, Service Hub, and Custom Objects to track a Job Order and all activity associated with one.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Hubspot (HS) and Salesforce, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have already created forms and a comprehensive HS level account, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to foster job creation and enhance lives, rooted in our mission to power the digital future of public health and wellness among the student sector.

Public Health advocacy is one of the leading careers for students. Our goal is to inform, entertain, educate, and engage populations suffering from poor health. Thus, delivering quality content across our social channels is imperative. We seek to optimize impact, leveraging similar mission-oriented enterprises and convening to accelerate change by creating a job placement program. Our workforce development NPO connects students to the services and training they need to find paying careers.

Our mission

Assuaged Foundation is a 501c(3) non-profit that fosters a transformative remote internship program, coupling AI and digital marketing within the health and wellness sector to empower marginalized 'at-risk' college students.

By integrating affluent mentors and military veterans, we cultivate digitally proficient leaders of tomorrow, thereby boosting their post-graduation employability. Through this immersive learning experience, we aim to educate, inspire, and uplift, contributing to the digital future of the health and wellness industry.

The Assuaged Foundation is a pioneering entity devoted to public health advancement, disease prevention, and overall wellness education. By offering an extensive array of educational classes and interactive workshops, the foundation equips individuals with the necessary knowledge and tools to lead healthier lives.

Serving as an essential information conduit, the foundation disseminates credible, research-backed data on pressing public health concerns and innovative disease prevention strategies. Our unwavering commitment fosters an empowered community where informed decisions and preventive measures pave the way for a healthier future.

Our virtual MAKERSPACE houses a team network of 650+ students. We use our plant-based vegan educational platform and public health advocacy as a tool for student skill-building. Students continuously demonstrate adopting an internal locus of control mindset by bridging the gap between academic study, self-care, and technology.
