What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

I need a 2minute video promoting my organization's charity 5K. The event is on June 8th so I would want to have it done soon if possible. I will have all the dialogue and images that I want to be included to expedite the process

  • We currently have documents, images, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have easy access to our details, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to invest it back into our mission

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our mission

We provide disadvantaged school children in Title 1 schools with assistance with Literacy and the literacy curriculum and programs already in place in the schools. The core of what we do is assist and aid in grade level reading initiatives. We provide the necessary books and reading materials for literacy programs and to promote literacy growth to effectively be a great student. We also provide basic need support to help outside of school and to fight food insecurity. We serve children from kindergarten to 5th grade.
