What we need
- A set of key metrics to regularly track
- Spreadsheet tool to collect data on key metrics with accompanying tables and graphs for analysis
- Training for best practices on data collection
- Training on how to use the spreadsheet and analyze key metrics
- Note: This project does not include data entry or analysis
Additional details
Purpose of Role: We need volunteers to help us document our operational processes on various teams (Marketing, People & Culture, Finance, Fundraising, etc.). Documenting these processes will allow future volunteers and employees to be onboarded much more quickly, keeping and improving internal communications, and streamlining productivity.
Necessary Skills:
- Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Experience in documentation of process workflow from zero, web based solutions
What we have in place
- We currently have business process project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have weekly team meetings, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,868 , allowing us to reinvest to create more programs for the youth we serve
