What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on implementing HR structure for a small museum, without hiring a full time HR professional. I would like to discuss fractional HR vs outsourced HR vs using HRaaS.
Additional context
Our museum is looking to establish new protocols related to conflict resolution, employee morale building, onboarding/offboarding procedures etc, and to review existing policy documents through a DEI lens. I am interested in discussing temporary support such as fractional HR professionals, which will allow us to establish structure and to implement change in the near future without bringing on a full-time HR professional.
