  • We currently have Tableau, and data support analyst, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a leadership team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,154 , allowing us to increase service delivery.

This project will help to target our investments wisely and increase support for our target population.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide seniors and their caregivers the tools and services they need to effectively navigate their health and life options. Through a comprehensive network of resources, Sourcewise strives to educate, prepare, support, and advocate for all adults, their families, and their caregivers within Santa Clara County.

What we do

We work to coordinate services and support systems for the aging population across a network of state and local organizations in Santa Clara County and help empower seniors and caregivers by providing access to information and resources, and supportive services allowing for personal choices, and continued independence, so they may remain safely in their homes.
