We are seeking supporting with completing a compensation study for the following positions:
full-time therapist
part-time therapist
Data coordinator

violence interrupter
administrative assistance
program director
clinical director
What we have in place
- We currently have 2023 compensation plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have current salaries for all employees, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to provide trauma informed programming to youth and adults to support mental wellness
CCC will be able to retain employees and hire qualified employees for existing and open positions.

Our mission
To heal the psychological and emotional impact of homicides and reduce trauma-related reactive violence in the City of Chester, PA
What we do
We provide trauma-informed therapy to City of Chester families where a loved one has been assaulted or murdered. Participating families receive case-management support, as well as door-to-door transportation to appointments, childcare, and supper on therapy nights.
We also work collaboratively with other violence prevention organizations to enhance the collective impact of our work to transform the City of Chester.
We believe wholeheartedly in the possibility of recovery from trauma, we believe in the creativity and resilience of our community, and we also believe in our capacity to create change.
