What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details

We are looking for a person experienced in business plans in the healthcare area to help us draft a business plan for our Enhanced Respiratory Care Program.

What we have in place
  • We currently have pricing and draft, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have information on Enhanced Respiratory Care, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to allocate limited resources to other patient safety and educational initiatives.

Our mission is to improve patient safety and the quality of patient care. The Enhanced Respiratory Care Program accomplishes this objective by accrediting healthcare facilities to the recently released Standard of Care and by teaching clinicians about that Standard.
