Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
  • We currently have a prior plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have relevant documents, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to continue to facilitate our programs without taking dollars from that.

We have just completed our next 3 year strategic plan and this is one of the first steps at working the plan.
