I'd like to connect with someone to help us create a standard contract for providing services to outside organizations, including training, education, and technical assistance.
Additional context
We have a standard rate sheet which our customers sign, but do not have a standard contract outlining terms of payment, methods of payment, liability, etc. As we have grown, we have found that this is becoming necessary.
