What we'd like to talk about
We are planning to begin our next strategic planning process in the next couple months, and are seeking a thought-partner.
Additional context
We will be determining our next three-year plan with our Board and would like to "get the gears turning" now as we prepare for strategic planning. How should we be thinking about it? How can we best prepare? Are there new or different approaches or tools that we should consider? What questions should we be asking?
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

We have a wide variety of programs in the Jackson Community. We provide Child Welfare Services, Behavioral Health, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Youth Diversion, Youth Drug and Alcohol Prevention education, Adult Guardian services, and parent education.
