What we have in place
  • We currently have an English template that we use when sending clients SMS texts regarding their SNAP application process and to connect them to food resources to refer to for translating which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff available to answer questions and we can also provide any other information that you need for this process.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,098 , allowing us to connect with more clients about food resources in outreach activities and over the phone.

This project is important to expand our departments' materials. This project will provide valuable information regarding the SNAP (EBT card) application process and additional food resources to our clients. We think it's important to share that information in the language that makes the most sense to them to hopefully assist more clients receive food support.
