Our organization is in need of a comprehensive volunteer manual to help streamline and enhance our onboarding process. By having this manual in place, we will be able to ensure that our volunteers understand their roles, responsibilities, and the impact of their contributions.
What we have in place
- We currently have a new hire presentation, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have volunteer guidance documents, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to provide five women in active treatment for breast cancer with one of our non-toxic Kick Can't-cer care kits.
This project is crucial as it will ensure all volunteers are uniformly trained and equipped with the necessary information to effectively support our programs. By standardizing our training process, we can enhance the quality of our services, ensuring that every volunteer is well-prepared to make a significant impact. It will also help us to expand our reach.
