Hiring Strategy
Hiring Strategy
Project details
What we need
- Recommendations on active and passive recruiting and proper channels to pursue candidates
- Guidelines for hiring process, including order and number of interview rounds, reference checks, and general best practices for an inclusive interview
- Effective interviewing techniques and clear, consistent standards for evaluating candidates
- Tips for negotiating details such as compensation package and title
Additional details
We are seeking guidelines for hiring process, mainly how to discern when a candidate may look good on paper but might not be the ideal fit for our long-term goals. Your insights and expertise would be invaluable in helping us navigate this aspect of the hiring process effectively. We also are exploring ways to observe potential candidates in a classroom setting before making hiring decisions. We believe that firsthand observation can provide valuable insights into a candidate's teaching style.
What we have in place
- We currently have Indeed & LinkedIn, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have email addresses associated with the business, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,806 , allowing us to put the money right back into staffing so we can afford more employees.
Improving the hiring strategy for Bottles-N-Backpacks will directly contribute to achieving its goals by ensuring that the center attracts and retains high-quality lead and assistant teachers. By hiring educators who align with BNB's values, ethos, and educational philosophy, the center can provide a consistent and enriching learning environment for children.
