What we need
- Ongoing HR support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
- Support may include: hiring, compensation & benefits, HR policy & procedure, performance management, and/or workplace culture
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working. For this project, we also recommend working with a volunteer who is knowledgeable about the Organization's state policies

Hello, we are a small nonprofit early childhood education school in Massachusetts. I was the only employee since its opening in 2020. Recently I hired a PT admin. I need help in creating an employee handbook that covers PT and future FT employees that will be hired. I also need to add in the requirements for MA state background checks (CORI, SORI and ECE). I also need help with devising a goals and objectives document as well as a process for evaluating staff. Thanks for your consideration.

- We currently have job description of the PT admin, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have information about our organization, and the ability to provide any other information you need.

This project will save us $1,955 , allowing us to provide learning materials to our 12 classrooms
