What we need
- A graphic or chart that illustrates reporting structure and general responsibilities and is editable by the Organization after the completion of the project
Additional details
I would like someone who has experience seeing efficient org chart structures so that we can discuss not only what components exist, but what components are missing for our org chart. Then I would like to better scope the reporting structure so that we have clearly defined who reports to who and ensure a more clear line of communication in the org (currently no FTEs, just contractors and volunteer support). Thanks!
What we have in place
- We currently have a list of the people working on projects, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have lots of engaged folks who would like to get more involved, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,838 , allowing us to be prepared for hiring and getting more efficient process at the org going forward!
We are a small nonprofit looking to be better! Sometimes we "don't know what we don't know" so looking for someone who can help articulate the main gaps in our current org structure and help us work toward a more comprehensive setup that we can work toward.

We are built for black people, by black people, and have a deep understanding of the skills and training necessary to equip the future leaders of America that exist across our community. Our goal is to have every black student use this platform at some point in their academic journey, and return to it someday attesting that they built skills along the way that mattered greatly in the real world.
