Project details

What we need
  • Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
  • A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
  • Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

We are migrating our CRM from Network for Good (Bonterra) to GiveButter and need assistance with the migration and set up of this new platform.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Network for Good Donor Management System, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a new GiveButter Account, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to quickly and seamlessly transition to a new fundraising platform, thus saving additional costs we have been paying for our current platform - more than $2,700 per year.

As part of our migration to Give Butter, we would like to include historical data from our Network for Good site. This information includes historical gifts, ticket purchases, etc. GiveButter is a free platform that allows us to use peer-to-peer fundraising and additional functions that would make our fundraising more robust, it is important that we have access to these functions but also keep our historic data from Network for Good.

  • Note: If necessary, Volunteer Manager may have Volunteer sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to sharing and discussing any confidential organization information
