Project details

What we need
  • Ongoing technological advisory for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: tools set up and implementation, systems auditing, process updates
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details

As a very small collaborative, we just migrated our shared files to an organization Google Workspace (Business Standard account). None of our staff have extensive IT experience or training. The lead staff member designated as an Admin needs some trouble shooting and hands on help to increase her confidence and skills in managing a new Google Workspace. This includes managing sharing permissions, on-boarding and off-boarding users, and training staff on tools available.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our Google Workspace set up by IT consultants, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff member in charge of GW Admin tasks, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,355 , allowing us to provide 52 people managing high blood pressure and/or type 2 diabetes with a full bag of healthy food-- organic produce, chicken/eggs, and grains!

Good management of our file sharing system is essential for a small organization that works remotely, and collaborates with numerous organizations and people externally.
