Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

We implemented Salesforce a year ago and ran out of hours/money for ongoing support. We had some consistent issues that came up with implementing Salesforce and are seeking training support to optimize use of Salesforce

What we have in place
  • We currently have Salesforce implemented for all staff and a training space, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have recordings and workflows for modules in Salesforce, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to invest in marketing and branding as we roll out our new organization name "Groundswell".

We are committed to using Salesforce to improve efficiency and seek some 101 training for basic information such as merges, troubleshooting items such as elevate donation and salesforce syncing, using campaigns efficiently, etc.
