Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

I'm looking specifically for someone who can quickly help us update some of our automatic field updates in Flow; I am not literate in this new tool and we are in the middle of a transition and I cannot learn the new tool soon enough to provide the help we need to update our database.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a fully-functioning Salesforce database, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a part-time database manager, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to have more time to hire a fully trained Salesforce admin when we are ready

This project will help us build new automated processes to help our database function more efficiently and avoid errors.

Our mission

Community Action Network partners with children, youth, and families from under-resourced Washtenaw County neighborhoods to create better futures for themselves and improve the communities in which they live.

What we do

CAN operates programs at multiple community centers throughout Washtenaw County focused on education for children and youth, stabilization, and community building.

Education: CAN partners with the community to operate after-school and summer programs so children and youth striving to overcome financial and environmental barriers can achieve their highest academic potential and become successful, self-support, well-adjusted adults.

Stabilization: CAN helps families meet their basic needs through operating regular food distributions, emergency pantries, providing free meals during educational programs, and resource referrals so they can create brighter futures for themselves.

Community Building: CAN partners with community members to create and maintain clean, safe, and nurturing communities where families thrive.
