What we need
  • Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
  • Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details

We have a google workspace that is already set-up, however, I am interested in enhancing the security and way we use the drive and suite by implementing Group segments and making sure security features are enabled.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Google Workspace for Non-profits, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the Chief Operations Officer and Coordinator to help, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to serve more students.

As our organization grows our partners are becoming increasingly interested in our security measures. We need to implement more enhanced protocols to increase our partnerships and impact.

  • Volunteer Manager applies for G Suite for Nonprofits , or has a Google Workspace account and is ready to set it up

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager shares current suite of applications team uses, along with current storage and file management system
  • Professional provides recommended list of Google apps to setup, and incorporates feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Implementation and Training
  • Professional sets up requested Google Workspace apps, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Hangouts.
  • Professional sets up Gmail with an initial set of email groups (if necessary)
  • Professional sets up G Suite account admin privileges for Organization’s designated admin users
  • Professional provides a basic tutorial on the functionality of different applications, as well as instructions for admin users
