Salesforce Database Customization
Project details
What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
The Massachusetts Business Alliance for Education, as a result of a new strategic plan, has moved to a membership model. We now need to customize our existing salesforce database for a new way of tracking prospects, membership, and the revenue stream from this model. In addition, we need field updates to pull into related records. (ie: Expiration Date, Member Status, Address)
What we have in place
- We currently have two committed staff members working on this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff time committed to this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to raise more funds for the organization
MBAE needs to be able to differentiate, track and report on revenue streams and this customization will assist with that.
