Project details

What we need
  • Customized Excel Training session(s) for up to 5 people over the course of 1-2 days
  • Sessions may be broken up into Beginner, Intermediate, and/or Advanced
  • Sample topics may include: formulas, commonly used functions, autofill, sorting and filtering, freezing, hiding, and grouping, formatting tips, keyboard shortcuts, pivot tables, charting and graphing, print readiness, collaborative work issues, and overall best practices
Additional details

Our organization would like to establish an inventory spreadsheet using Excel. We would like this spreadsheet to be user friendly and easy to navigate so we can track receipt and usage of various materials and filter our usage by County in which we are using certain materials.

What we have in place
  • We currently have no spreadsheet to track our inventory. It is maintained on a word document and manually updated as changes occur. We do have data available that will help to populate a new spreadsheet once it is created.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,174 , allowing us to better allocate funds for community prevention efforts across multiple counties across VA and increase our reach.

It is important that we are able to better track our inventory and present that information to others in the agency. This project would increase our efficiency, reduce our labor hours, and help us to better manage our budget.
