What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

We started work with a website consultant who is unable to complete the engagement. We are more than half way done. We are trying to identify a Wix or CMS builder/developer who can assist in completing the site according to guidelines.

What we have in place
  • We currently have esign Strategy, Style Guide, Figma Wireframes & Prototype,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Website Copy, and the ability to provide any other informati, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to pay our artists a little more

  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site

Our mission

Braata Productions - a non-profit arts company based in New York City, was created to address the complete needs of theatre patrons in the United States by showcasing and promoting authentic Caribbean talent and culture.

Braata aims to foster and develop a greater interest in the understanding and appreciation for the Caribbean region and the Diaspora by showcasing its lifestyles, traditions and customs through the visual and performing arts.

Braata also seeks to reach out to the wider non-Caribbean community, and act as a vehicle for artistic integration by promoting fellowship and increased cooperation amongst all who are engaged in the advancement of the arts as a tool for entertainment, education and social change.
