Project details
What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
One board member set up Google Drive for our orgs. share files using a personal email. We now have a Google G Suite for the org. and would like to transfer ownership of the files from the board member's personal email. We get an error message stating, "ownership can only be transferred to another user in the same organization as the current owner." We need the assistance to figure out how to get around this. Thank you!
What we have in place
- We currently have a Google G Suite, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have _, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to devote more time and resources to core projects.
It is important to clean up some of these errors we made in setting up the organization.
