What we need
- An organized and edited press kit for your Organization that contains and consolidates key media assets, such as: Your organization's backgrounder (an “about us" page), short biographies of senior staff, FAQs and an organizational fact sheet, logo(s) and other visual branding assets, relevant press release(s) and related media coverage, and contact information
- Recommendation(s) for how to share the event in the media (if applicable)
- Note: This project does not include writing materials or creating visual assets from scratch
Additional details
We a website and some marketing collateral. We also have an Impact Report and Strategic plan that can pulled from.
What we have in place
- we currently have the basic necessary components for a press kit. we alos a have a brand guide.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,852 , allowing us to use the dollars for other operational expenses.
We are planning on reaching out legislators and others who need to have a concise view of information about our orgranization.

Our mission
The Philadelphia College Prep Roundtable (PCPR) seeks to strengthen a community of college access and success practitioners who believe in the potential of all individuals and help students navigate the path to and through higher education. We provide tools, resources and opportunities for discourse; support leadership development in the field; and seek to bridge the gap between policy, research and practice in the area of college access and completion.
