Google Workspace Set Up
Google Workspace Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
We currently use Google Workspace for Nonprofits and we have a second Google Workspace for Business (starter edition). We'd like to migrate the business workspace and domain to our nonprofit edition. We'd love someone to walk us through that process and help us optimize our setup and structure of our workspace.
What we have in place
- We currently have admin access and two dedicated staffers, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to further our mission of helping underserved individuals enter into the tech field.
This project will help us save money on the second workspace we now pay for and it will help us streamline our operations to help us be more effective.
Project plan
Our mission
Code the Dream's unique win-win economic development model benefits both our participants and the communities in which we live. We provide free software development training to young people from immigrant and low-income backgrounds, offer them a paid apprenticeship in our CTD Labs program, and support them in launching their tech careers. In the apprenticeship, student developers build affordable apps and web technologies enabling organizations to more efficiently and effectively serve vulnerable communities.
What we do
Our organization is a part of GSK Impact Awards US.
