Additional details
We are currently looking at our compensation package for all employees. As our organization grows, we would like to create appropriate job descriptions and compensation packages for new employees and see how we can adjust our current package.
What we have in place
- I can provide our current job descriptions for current roles and information on roles we would like to fill.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to find the correct staffing and hire them at a fair wage. It would free operating money to give to students in our music programs who need scholarships.
This is important as our organization is growing exponentially and we want to ensure that we are hiring and retaining appropriate staff.

The Arts & Learning Conservatory is the premier performing arts organization of So Cal that provides children and underrepresented youth equal access to high quality instrumental/theatre/dance/voice programs. We believe that a high-quality and integrated arts education can strengthen education transformation efforts, boost academic achievement, and increase student engagement in schools facing some of the toughest educational challenges.
