+Create clear digital communication channels between members of youth homelessness coalition
+Create clear channels for coalition to interface with public
+Create process of flow between on the ground work of organizers and trainings the coalition will offer to the local community around youth homelessness
+Support in auditing current website to reflect subsequent process changes
What we have in place
- We currently have members, working groups, some funding, history, listserv, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have strategic partnerships, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to free up energy to search for sustainable funding and increase the ease and reach of our work
This project will allow the Philly Home 4 Youth Coalition to expand it's capacity and build on about a decade of work between youth with lived experience, direct service workers, and policy makers to make real change towards greater support for homeless youth. It would allow the Coalition to better partner with large systems and effectively make change.
