Flexible Marketing Strategy Support

What we need
  • Ongoing marketing strategy support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: defining your marketing goals, determining the right marketing channels, messaging your program, branding, or defining your target audience
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details

We have a diverse range of arts-based content that is geared to accomplish our mission though it is not offered in the clearest (online) way possible...we have had great success and impact in reaching a broad range of users/participants, over years, but mostly in the non-virtual realm...we need to re-organize and expand our branding to reach more specific audiences in more approachable ways so that navigating and partaking in our offerings will be easier in virtual environments.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a gorgeous web site displaying our offerings, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an accessible track record indicative of user profiles, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to open more channels so that those who can benefit from our offerings will more easily find them.

We have tech support, on hold, because we need to improve on our marketing/organizing strategies first, before we can work to make our online offerings more visible/accessible through a new strategy and then tagging and the like.

  • Volunteer and Volunteer Manager align on the scope of ongoing support that the Volunteer will provide to address this need

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
