What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on developing an employee compensation plan. What information do I need to begin to gather?
Additional context
Our organization is restructuring after major shifts in leadership at the administrative and board levels. We are a small, indirect service org, so helping the public understand the value of what we do has always been a struggle. Due to this, our pool of potential employees is smaller than it could be, funding is always tight, and compensation is the only tool we recognize in our efforts to recruit and retain talent.
