I'd like some help with conflict management training for small staff of five
Additional context
Two senior employees are not able to work together. Entire staff would benefit from coaching in conflict management and effective communication between colleagues and with supervisors.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

The Brain Injury Alliance of Connecticut (BIAC)'s mission is raising voices and visibility of people with brain injury and improving lives through support, education, and advocacy.
