We are seeking a volunteer to assist our social media personnel with time management. As a non-profit organization focusing on disability, it's crucial for us to support our employees with disabilities. Our team member, who has ADHD, faces challenges with time management. We're seeking a volunteer to provide guidance on structuring her workload effectively and recommend tools to help her manage tasks and time efficiently.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a content calendar, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an overview of the workload, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,968 , allowing us to invest in ads and flyer printing to advocate for our cause of disability inclusion and creating a space for people with a disability and mental health challenges.

This project will improve the productivity and effectiveness of our personnel. As a disability non-profit, it's crucial to support employees facing challenges. By seeking time management assistance, we aim to enhance our team member's ability to manage tasks efficiently, benefiting her and our social media efforts. Ultimately, better supporting employees with disabilities strengthens our organization and advances our mission of inclusivity and empowerment within the community.

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager decide on specific areas to focus on along with schedule and goals for each coaching session

Milestone 1: Coaching Sessions
  • In-depth coaching sessions on topics like setting professional boundaries, prioritization, organizational skills & systems implementation
  • Ensure each session is followed by a trial period to apply the skills and report back at subsequent sessions on the outcomes, learnings and follow-up questions

Milestone 2: Wrap-up & Learnings
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made throughout coaching sessions, and decide on tool(s) (if appropriate) to aid in future organizing needs
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss action steps and area(s) of focus going forward
