Employee Handbook
Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We have an updated Employee handbook that needs a final editing review, formatting and design support. We are a small nonprofit focused on reproductive health and would like our handbook to reflect our values and be more professional looking than a standard word document.
What we have in place
- We currently have the final draft handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some drafted addendum documents, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to support more managers in their professional development training and save of consulting costs which are not budgeted
We are a reproductive health organization that just updated the handbook to reflect our centering of reproductive health and justice into our organizational policies.

Our mission
RHIA (Reproductive Health Investor's Alliance) is a non-profit with a for-profit subsidiary. Started in 2018 the organization is embarking on a new strategic plan and fundraising plan. We would like an experienced finance professional who has experience with non-profits with for-profit arms, to advise on accounting best practices.
