What we need

- Support may include: budgeting, planning, systems set up and review
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.

- Set up systems and excel templates to track grants/fund received and how they are being spent
What we have in place
- We currently have an approved annual budget, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have quickbooks set up, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,094 , allowing us to provide more resources and services to first generation college students.
Our organization has experience a 56% increase in students we've served and 91% increase in our finances. It is important we have systems and processes in place to support the growth of the organization.
