What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
Additional details
Create a simple top down 360 review system for an international non profit that has staff size of 120 people across in 17 countries. The review will have three phases with the first phase of the review being a 360 assessment of the CEO and the Senior Leadership Team, the second phase covering all other country heads, directors and department heads, the third phase incorporating the entire staff team.
What we have in place
- We currently have the CEO fully engaged in pursuing this solution, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a previous pilot of a 360 assessment for the CEO, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to meet the needs of the vulnerable across the 14 program countries we are based in Africa and the Caribbean.
We want to improve our internal assessment structures as well as learn how to better function and lead in all areas of our organization.
